Will canceling video generation consume Credits?

If you click Cancel while the video generation status is Queued, and you see the prompt message: "This job has not started generating yet. Cancelling it will not consume Credits", then canceling at this point will not consume Credits.

If you click Cancel while the video generation status is Generating, and you see the prompt message: "The model has already started generating. Cancelling this processing job will consume the estimated Credits for this video.", then canceling at this point will consume Credits.
