How to create a discount campaign?

You can add promotional offers to products in the app, and users will enjoy discounts when purchasing the products.

Step1: Create campaign

1. If you haven't created any campaign yet, you can click the "Create campaign" button under "Create your first campaign" on the app's home page to go to the editing page.

2. If you have already created a campaign, please select "Campaigns" from the app's navigation bar, then click the "Create campaign" button to go to the editing page.

3. In the Basic information section, you will see Campaign name, Trigger mode, and Currency.

In Trigger mode, there are two options: Quota-based and Time-based. Changing this option will affect the related settings in Tier builder.

If you select Quota-based, you can set a specified quantity for the discount in Tier builder. When the quantity of products purchased by users exceeds the specified amount, the discount will be removed from the product.

If you select Time-based, you can set a time period in Tier builder during which the discount can be applied to the product. If it is outside the specified time period, the discount will not be available for the product.

4. After completing the settings in Tier builder, please select Product scope and then set the products to which you want to apply the discount.

5. In Storefront messages, you can customize the discount information displayed to users.

After completing the settings, please save and click the "Publish campaign" button to publish the campaign. The discount will only take effect after it is published.

After the campaign is published, the set discount can be applied when purchasing the product. However, the related discount information will not be displayed on the product page.

If you need to show the discount information on the product page, please follow the second step to set it up.

Step2: Add a Product offer block on the product page

1. You can click the "Add block" button under "Add Product offer block (optional)" on the app's home page to jump to the product page and add the Early Bird offer block.

2. The product's discount information will be displayed in the block, and you can adjust the position of the block to where you need it.
